Twenty Years!

It’s hard to believe we opened Big Sky 20 years ago. Our daughter Michelle was only two years old, now she’s a senior in college and our son John Michael is a senior in high school. We’ve enjoyed every minute of the journey and have especially loved making the very best whole grain baked goods available.

One thing that hasn’t changed in the last 20 years is our commitment to quality. It’s easy to compromise to save money, but we refuse to do that. No corn syrup, no agave nectar, no enriched flours. (besides being cheap they’re very unhealthy.)  When we opened 20 years ago our wheat bread contained only five simple ingredients, premium wheat, honey, water, yeast and salt.
