Since 1994 when we opened our first bakery in Mountain Brook Village, we've specialized in making the very best whole grain, all natural breads, cookies and granola.
The secret to our great wheat bread is the flour. We use hard red wheat from the Golden Triangle in Northern Montana which is considered the best bread baking flour in the world.
