Compared with other types of bread, sprouted grains are higher in nutrients, including protein, fiber and vitamins B and C. The sprouting process produces more of these nutrients and also removes anti-nutrients, which are substances that block the absorption of nutrients.

We start with premium, whole grain wheat berries. The grains are soaked for 24 hours then sprouted for 24 hours. From there our proprietary process creates some of the very best breads available.
